My name is Roman Kushchak, owner of Home Improvement by Roman. I have been in the contracting business since 2005, however, my passion and experience of building and designing go further than that. I was born and raised in Ukraine and moved to the United States in 1998. I started working for customers doing small, minor repairs and projects, but my love for designing and contracting took off once I purchased my first home for my family and began remodeling it. From then, my passion and drive for this career took off into larger projects, larger houses, complex designs, and began to grow my passion into my first owned business.

My hours are very flexible during the week and I can answer any questions or concerns regarding current projects/renovations, proposals, and estimates. You can reach me through phone call, text, and/or email, although I do prefer phone call. I have a great staff that is very experienced and capable of getting tasks done, even when I am not on or at the job site. I am fully licensed to conduct contracting in the state of New Jersey.
